At RDC Concrete, ready mix concrete is produced in fully automated and integrated computerized Batching Plants. RDC Concrete has aligned critical processes in operations, resources and technologies to deliver operational processes effectively and efficiently. This is resulting in Operational excellence. RDC Concrete is having batching Plants with capacity ranging from 30 m3 per hour to 120 m3 per hour at various locations. All of our Transit Mixers, Concrete Pump and all other related equipments are tracked real time through GPS and these are linked with production and accounting system.
We consider technical capability as our core competency. Engineers with relevant experience, exposure and educational qualifications are leading the technical department. RDC Technical Team is committed to R&D in concrete technology. Services of renowned concrete technologists are availed regularly for better knowledge creation.
RDC Concrete manufactures in its fully automated and computerized concrete batching plants and supplies concrete mixes, which are designed in its well-equipped laboratories as per established procedures to comply with various provisions of Indian Standards. RDC Concrete's experienced logistics team works closely with you to ensure that the concrete of requisite quality is delivered on time and in the appropriate quantities.
Quality Council of India (QCI) has taken an initiative to establish an independent third party voluntary ‘RMC Plant Certification Scheme’ in the country to assure quality in operations and processes of RMC Plants.
Most of the RDC Concrete plants are Quality Council of India (QCI) Certified.

RDC Concrete builds Talent Pipeline through a Structured Human Resource System starting with Campus Recruitment of Management Trainee, Graduate Engineer Trainees, Diploma Engineer Trainees. All Employees undergo compulsory induction training. In addition, campus hires undergo one year classroom and on the job training controlled and monitored from Head Office, a unique training system in ready mix industry. We are the only company who has Companywide E-learning Platform named DEEKSHA. Digitisation in RDC is going at fast Pace. All Our Batching Plants are fully Integrated with our ERP and logistics System (RDCTRAK). All Weighbridges are online and real time automailer going ot suppliers with weighment slip for every truck. We have Installed Automated GPRS based Energy meter in Plants to capture electric hour consumption and Meter reading on real time basis. We have a in house tool named RDCTRAK where we can track our Transit Mixers and Concrete Pump/Loader/JCB on real time basis. We have implemented Quality and Complaint Management System for timely resolution of all our complaints. We have implemented Android Application named Sales Force for our Sales team to record their Performance. Soon we are launching Application for our Customers for Placing the Order, Signing the Invoice and making the Payment. Human Resource Information System (HRIS) of RDC Concrete gives end to end user friendly App based access to the employees starting with On-boarding, Attendance, Salary, Income Tax details, Claims, Training, Performance Management System (PMS), Separation and Human Resource Policies.
